I tried resetting SMC and NVRAM to no avail, tried to look for corrosion and brush it off but the error still present.
Is there any chance someone having this problem and recovered?

Don't bother with the software as you have a hardware issue ;-{
Lets see if we can isolate out what is bad here. When you restart your Mac do you get the startup bong sound? Do you see a white screen which then changes to what you show in the vid?
Can you tell us what happened before you had this problem. Did you bang or drop the system? Did something spill a drink into the keyboard and/or track pad? Or sit it down on a wet surface?

I do hear the chime sound (bong sound) then it would show the apple logo or if im lucky itll boot normally but after awhile it will go to the error shown in vid then restarted.
One of the thing I noticed is I only could boot it once a day other time the fan seems to run for abit then stopped abruptly then its not booting.
No liquid damage, dropped long time ago. Few weeks before this error it seems the nvram was the problem (showing box with question mark etc) then it fixed then this

But, I cannot login to my mac tho. I suppose I cant use it from my phone right?
As for the magsafe I think mine is working properly
You don't think you can get it to run long enough to get the output? I thought you got it to go a few times.
OK, lets do this pop the bottom cover off and carefully disconnect the battery connection. As you didn't tell us your exact model I can't give you a guide to follow ;-{ Can you tell us if it's a 11" or 13" model and what year it is.
I did popped out the back and look for corrosion at the board and tried to brush it with alcohol but to no avail. What should I do with the battery?
mine is 13" mid 2015
Mac Softe issue created it can be wraise by download a new mac software in your apple macbook
