Battery Connector Screws in Cover..

I have a question pertaining to an iPhone 6 plus battery replacement...I bought one at Amazon and replaced my battery...My issue now is that the screen lights up and the logo is there but it goes away and does not go further than that..I believe the 2 screws holding down the plate on the battery connector are not all the way in..Is the longer one on the left as I look at the phone or on the right? Should the connector click back in before the plate is put back on and screwed? Thanks

Take a look at Step 9 of this guide to see where the screws go for the battery connector plate.

Always insure that a connector is properly seated before putting the retention bracket back on. These connectors are quite delicate but if they're properly lined up prior to connections, you should hear and feel a subtle yet satisfying snap.

Did you disconnect the battery first prior to disconnecting the screen assembly? Failing to do so can cause the backlight circuit to fail.
