Will not turn on
Hi my MacBook 13 inch will not turn on,green light on charger,battery showing fully charged tried the reset but no joy is it the logig board.

We need a lot more information before calling it the logic board (actually that's the very last thing that we'll look at because of the cost). First remove the battery and the MagSafe adapter, hold the power button down for five seconds, then reconnect the adapter, leave the battery out, try starting. Let us know of any sounds and any lights that happen. Would you please give the history of machine and this problem and let us know if it's gotten wet or been dropped. Also the last three letters of your serial number (found in the battery compartment). Thanks

Hi carried out power disconnect button held down for 5 seconds no sound no lights dead,bought two years ago for daughter used for while then put to one side not used went to turn on recently and nothing,battery showing all indicator lights power adapter showing green light,have not dropped or spilt water ,last nos are 5HS.
