IPad Pro 12.9 inch Touch Not Work

Hello I fix it I’m from Cambodia and can I ask you that my iPad Pro 12.9 inch is touch Not Work and specially it filter touch break. How can I use line direct to work it. More I don’t have schematic pdf file to do it so how can I try. Thanks for answer.
