Verify backups before resetting phone.

On the Galaxy S5. Weird stuff happening. When I get an incoming phone call I can't answer it until I close all APs and restart the phone. I'm thinking I just need to reset my phone, perhaps to Factory Settings? It says that backups are too my email address but how can I view my backups to know that all my contacts are backed up before resetting my phone?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

This sounds like a sound plan. It's my friends phone. My iPhone backup up to iCloud so I can login to iCloud.com and see all my data and know that I'm backed up. As a retired IT person I know that a good backup is necessary but you also have to verify that data so you know that it is backed up correctly.

This worked very well. Backed up all the data and successfully restored all the data. Wanted to view the contacts that were backed up but didn't have anything that would read the file extension. Wish there were a link included with the software but overall, it worked great.
