No power Issue?

Hi there

I hoping someone can Help me Regarding my PS4. I'm no Noob I actually Do all sorts of Repairs And some light Rework/Reballing. I bought a PS4 unit of eBay with a Damaged Hdmi port with Missing pads. The unit did power up upon testing it. I proceeded to Repair the port and The missing pads With Enameled Wire. Tested the console All good. However after Putting it back together Cleaning etc it now has now no power what so ever no beep nothing. I've tried 2 PSU which are working. I've also followed the 5V line from the 4 pin connector all over the board I can't find a short anywhere Nothing gets hot. I even Tried maunally Putting 12V to the 12V Pins and Still nothing gets hot like it's shorting out. I did find 2 Compenents That's where Loose So I reattached them With my hot air station And I've Also Compared Various Resistors and Caps to a good known Working board. Any help would be much appreciated

do you keep putting the top cover back on, if you do keep it off and touch the contact with your finger

Lol thanks But that's clearly not the issue I have I have no power its dead the eject button and power button does not work. I've Also Replaced Some Transistors other components still no change
