what may be the problem here i have cleaned the motherboard and the antenas with alcool but still no service sometimes the service comes and i can make calls but lasts just 2-3 mins and goes back to no service the imei is there in both places in settings and when i tybe *#06# the imei shows i have changed the charging port and the 4g antena but still the same

How thorough was your cleanup procedure? Did you put the logic board through an ultrasonic cleaner?
Water damage boards are not all recoverable, some have damage that can simply not be repaired. If you are having issues with the RF portion, then check all of the input/output voltages for U_PMU_RF. If anything seems wrong, then follow that line to see where the problem originates. You may need to reball the BBCPU and possibly some of the other RF IC's.
