What is the best way to reattach the digitizer and rear glass on samsung galaxy devices S5 and up?

I use ZHANLIDA B-7000... its glue... not tape...

is this permanent though? if i have to replace a part on phone again while i be able to fix again?
its really strong glue, like chemopren base... but with isopropanol posible remove
