No power to HV Transformer

I have a LG Model MS3949CS / OO Microwave witch is not heating but every thing els is working. I have tested all door switches fuses an HV cap and diode aswell as the transformer and all seems wel. I am not getting any power on the HV transformer on the inlet wires.
