What if you spill a little water on the Usb port on the right side of

I had a little cup of water which I accidently spilled onto the carpet which I had just laid my macbook on. I grabbed some paper towels to soak up all the water, and the USB port feels dry. But will my macbook air be fine?

Best thing to do would be to get the suitable pentalobe screwdriver and remove the bottom cover to be able to make a visual inspection with a good light source and possibly magnification and make sure no water got on the inside. Meantime I would avoid trying turning on the computer to be on the safe side. If you see no water or water residues/stains you might have been in luck. No chance to tell you if it's fine or not from a distance and without testing.
