Why is my ps3 changing firmware?

I was on rebug 4.81.2 cfw on a slim ps3 (cech210a) and i updated to 4.82 but after disabling sen access and rebooting it shows up as 4.78 im really sure i might have got a wrong update file but i got the file straight from rebug.

Why don't you get 4.82 directly from the Playstation website? Sorry if I'm not exactly helping, don't really know what this rebug is.. looks like modding software for the playstation?
