My screen has a black spot

I was swinging my apple ear buds around (bad habit I know) and they hit the top right corner of my Mac screen. They weren’t going very fast but there is a black splotch where they hit and the top centimeter of my screen has horizontal grey lines across it. The Mac itself is functioning fine but I can’t see the affected areas.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I wonder how you've done this to be fair. But alright,

So the parts that your Apple Earbuds hit aren't visible when you turn on the screen?

It'd be a waste of money to replace the screen on your MacBook as it's only a centimeter.
