My screen isnt responsive after battery replacement.
Is this a board problem? I connected the cables multiple times and still nothing. The phone still vibrates, rings, all buttons work etc.

Your screen is busted, damaged after battery replacement.
You will need to replace the screen.

Can it be the logic board? I could’ve messed up the screw arrangement while covering the lcd ribbons.
No, with that display that looks like the screen ribbon cables got damaged / bent / ripped / pulled.
