Hands free cord Samsung to iPhone

#Can I splice and I phone five plug-end to a hands-free Samsung R500R400 cord ?in other words can I make this Samsung hands-free cord work with my iPhone five?

Have you tried? It's Bluetooth, so I don't see why it shouldn't work.

It's not Bluetooth, it is wired connected, on the hands-free cord I see it's only two wires, so I don't know how I could splice it to a iPhone power, cord
