Does anyone know where to get a new or refurb motherboard for a Note 4

We have 2 Note 4's in the family and we love them but one has crapped out with the dreaded dead eMMC issue and the other one isn't far behind (already running wake lock). Does anyone know where I can buy either a NEW motherboard or a refurbished board with guaranteed new eMMC?

I'm specifically looking for a board for the N910W8 (Canadian Snapdragon) model. I know there are differences in the various Snapdragon models so if you don't get the exact one you need to replace one of the cameras as well which I don't want to do if I don't have to.
