Why do I have white lines on white images on the screen
I have white cloudy lines running from top to bottom on subtitles and white images that display on the screen

Top to bottom lines on top, and mark on bottom tv like bubbles

I think your screen is broken by someone dropping it, go get it replaced under warrenty.

Waranties don't cover user caused damage such as a drop.
Like I mean some idiot (not you) who shipped it to the store dropped it while transporting it.
