Factory unlock code for nav not working

I have a 03 Odyssey that the battery died in and when we finally got it running the nav system was asking for the code. We have entered the correct codes but the nav system is saying incorrect code. We have no clue what to do it is like it's locked us out the system. We have called and verified the serial number and Vin and pins and nothing is working please help.

Side note been having issues with it not wanting to boot up ever since updating it with the update disc to fix the clock as well so if you have a fix for it too please feel free to help with that.
