Yes, but hopefully the replacement logic board doesn't have a blocked IMEI number or iCloud activation lock.

I want to replace the mother board of my iPhone 5s, and there is an activation lock, would it be erase?, because I want too erase it either because my wife forgot the password, if not how can I activate it or disabled?, please help me to solve this... Thanks in advance... God bless
