everything disappeared of my desktop

I didn't do anything that I'm aware of, I was working on line with a t-shirt company, when I went to download one of my designs everything on my desktop was gone.

I doubt anyone has worked on one of these as of yet. Can you give us the specs along with drive confirmation operating system and especially what anti-virus you are using.
