Console not taking or ejecting dics

Okay, this has been very fustrating. I have a ps4 that is not taking or ejecting discs. All the cogs seem to be in place as the manual screw works fine.

When I try to place a disc it doesnt try or attempt to take the disc. I've noticed when I try to insert it's a little hard but if I push down on the rollers i can put the disc in easier. I thought it was the motor but I have tested the motor and it spins.

Anybody got any ideas on what to try ? Thanks

If I need a new one ? How hard is it to swap the logic board ?
