I learned there are p5 screws for back

And T5 and T3 for cables and fans and memory

Well I know of these tools, but I want to know what are the screw types.

So far I found T3 T5 and P5 is there other type of screws ? I just want to know the exact types.

This sounds like a great "busy work" type of project. I'd suggest you tear the whole thing down and make guides, then you can tell all of us. Inquiring minds want to know, or maybe not. Just what are you trying to do?
