Permanent Unresponsive Touch Screen

Alright so, since 4 months back I started having the "Touch disease" on my iphone 6. But it was no big deal since I could bend it slightly and boom it was gone. About one week ago, I did a DIY battery + screen replacement hoping that my battery and screen would be brand new (battery sucked and screen had slight scratches). After I did this, I turned on my screen and now I have grey bars across my entire screen. If I bend my phone it wont work. I've tried virtually everything by looking at guides, but they only fix the common touch disease that you could just bend your phone with. Buttons and everything work too, but I cannot even unlock my phone because i cant tap the numbers or even use siri. ive factory reset my phone but this didnt fix a thing.

tl;dr touch disease wont go away even if i bend the phone.

Another thing, the problem probably, like 70% probably has to deal with the Touch ic or somewhere on the logic board

Have you tried to re-install your original (or previous) screen? This will allow you to determine if it the problem has to do with your logic board or the replacement screen.

If the problem is logic board related, then it will require a micro-soldering repair and is not DIY. The simple solutions you find on Youtube are basically adding something to apply pressure on the Touch IC's. Long term, that just exacerbates the root issue, which is bad connections underneath the IC's. You can read more about it here.
