Flash iOS in DFU mode stop at random NONCE

iPhone 6 have problem with totally dead screen and the only thing showing that something is alive is that I can get it in DFU mode. I don’t get the serial number or other information about the phone and when I try to flash it after loading iBSS it fails at “reading random NONCE”.

Obviously the power and home button work, after measuring I also know that it’s charging. I got the phone from a friend and what I know the screen has been replaced by professional and after that the phone worked for a few months before this it just died one day.

Any idea where to start, NAND maybe?

Looks like NAND, are you getting iTunes restore error 4013?

Could be CPU not getting voltage, shorted, NAND chip need replacement / reprogramming.

Usually it's NAND in this case.

I got error 4005 in iTunes. Take away and reball or can it be an idea to put something under that puch it against the motherboard.

It's a board level issue:

Looks like reprogramming the NAND and reballing it to put it back on needs to be done.

Reballing NAND could work without reprogramming the NAND but that sometimes isn't enough.

Ok, I don’t have tools to reprogram it. Maybe not the soldering skills either but since it not working as it is I don’t lose anything to try. Just heat it up is no idea to try.

I have now tried to heat up the NAND and after I put the phone together again It starts up and run normally for about 10 minutes then died.

Don’t know if I should go one more round with just heating or try to take it off and reball.
