Pictures turn all white

I have a problem with my Instax mini 8. I took a few photos today, the brightness was well adjusted (it marked the bright sun) but all the pictures turned out completely white, except for some little colour parts, but nothing was visible on the picture. Is the camera the problem? Or is it the film?

Quite often this happens on digital cameras. Because the battery needs replacing or you have not shut the battery compartment correctly. There already is a question posted. Go through this thread:

Just because it does not have a LCD screen on the back does not mean it is a mechanical/manual camera.

Hi Rose! If you were taking a photo in the cold the ink can actually get too cold and the image will never develop. But if you were not taking images in the cold, i’m not sure.
