Problem with callers hearing me
Sometimes when I make calls, I can hear the person I am calling but they cannot hear me ?

Do a mic test. Open your recorder on the device and try to make a recording. This will determine if it works accordingly. If it doesn't work or you sound muffled, inspect your mic for debris. Do NOT stick anything inside the hole, just use something like a toothbrush to clean it out.
