iPhone 5s Bootloop after battery replacement

Please help! I replaced my battery with an iFixit battery today, and put everything back together. I tried turning on the phone, and it didn’t come on, so I assumed it was dead. I plugged the phone in, and it immediately started a bootloop cycle. Turns on, goes to the Apple logo screen, waits 15-20 seconds, turns off for 5 seconds, then back on. It repeats this as long as it is plugged in. Any suggestions?

iFixit sent out a new battery, and solved the issue! Apparently, just a faulty battery.

Yes, when I get back to the house with the phone I will. I’ve done many battery replacements and never one had this happen. Always works well, and I’m very careful.

it can happen by accident sometimes

I figure so. I will post a photo shortly, thanks for the quick reply!

Do you need a photo with or without the battery ribbon cable connected?
