Why is there a difference between apples 11.3 beta report of battery.

I recently replaced the battery in my iPhone 6 s plus. Thank you Ifixit. CPUdasher x reports the battery is fine, but iOS 11.3 beta 2 reports it needs to be replaced at 64% of capacity. Do you know why this discrepancy? The battery is only about a month old. Thanx, roncbee

did you calibrate it? at the bottom of the battery replacement guide it says:

"To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. For optimal performance, calibrate your newly installed battery: Drain battery below 10%, then charge uninterrupted to 100%."

Yes, I did. I just installed the latest beta, 2 , of 11.3 with the battery report built in. It reports the new battery is only at 64% of its capacity. The battery apps from the store show the battery to be at 100% of capacity. Why the broad discrepancy?

I'm not sure. If its the ifixit battery I recommend you contact support. http://help.ifixit.com/

I don't know what CPU dash X is, but these are the methods I use to check battery health.

Use either one of these methods to check your battery:

Windows PC - 3UTools

Mac OS X - CoconutBattery

Using mobile app - Battery Life
