cursor always dragging?

Every time I get ready to move my cursor it drags across and moves pictures at times and the page turn blue from being highlighted. How can I stop that from happening. I tried turning the tap slider in trackpad up and down to see if that help and it still does it?

Options

Delete the trackpad.plist file (sometimes a corrupt preference file causes strange app behavior) If that doesn't work try turning the tap function off.

Have you checked the trackpad cable under the keyboard?
