Front screen broken and problem with replacement in BluBoo S1

Several months ago I bought a BluBoo S1, but one time it fell and screen broke. I found a video for how to teardown the device, but it does not totally teardown to the LCD Replacement state that I have found and I would like some help for the LCD teardown. Here is the teardown video and here is the LCD
