How do I share device with strangers?

Hello, I have a fire stick attached to my device. I also have Amazon Prime so I can watch videos.

If I rent my house to guests (like through Airbnb), I would like the guest to be able to watch video on firestick but obviously not be able to buy videos or order other items. How do I make sure others cannot purchase items on my account but still give them ability to use my account to watch videos? Is that even possible?

My girlfriend provides Amazon video to me. I return the favor by giving her HBO. As long as I have her log in, I could charge any movie to her. I don't think you can buy movies on HBO. I don't think you can do what you want with Amazon .
