Weird HB issue with non-oem screens

OK, it was started just a week ago, so whenever i change screen on 7 plus (no problem with 7) home button doesn't work when screen turnoff but when i press power button and see the lock screen, home button back to work normal again and phone doesn't trow any touch id failure messages. Also sometimes works when i put an oem or original screen back, sometimes doesn't. Could it be software issue or my screens just bad ?

Thank You

Ok, I guess i just found a solution. ALWAYS and Always whenever i change screens on any phones, i remove battery connection, and there is this solution if someone has experienced or will experience this problem.

So after finish fixing turn the phone on and then turn off with power button and then remove battery flex and put it on again. So far so good no problems.

I've just done two 7 plus screen replacements today, I haven't had this issue yet, I've done a few last year too.

Are you heating the home button / front cameras when prying them off / removing them?

I assume you are putting components (ear piece, metal plates) the same way they were as they would be on an original screen?

Well, i always careful with hb removal, especially with 7 and new 8, use with sharp acto knife and alcohol or goof off to remove the tape underneath. And yeah when i try or replace screens always transfer everything from old ones. That was pretty strange actually, maybe i just have some bad batch of non-oem screens.
