my ps4 suddenly beeps 2 times (second beep after 5 seconds) and turns off.
do you know whats the problem and the solution ?

Either power supply needs to be replaced or the console has overheated. I would wait for other answers to be posted to confirm this.

its not overheated i'm sure of that.
You can not tell an overheating issue just by feel. Almost all original PS4's are prone to over heating and you'd need to pull it apart and clean all the fluff out that has gathered around the fan.
could you fix this?
I've opened my PS4 and cleaned all the dust, now it works like a charm.
