Why is my phone reboot several time?

I changed the lcd, than the phone reboot several times.

The phone doesnt charge. Stuck at 11-13%, but the phone show, that charge.

And the button sometimes not work.

You have several issues here and they may or may not be related. The common denominator here is that they all occurred after your repair attempt. Did you disconnect the battery prior to removing the screen assembly? That's an important step that shouldn't be overlooked.

I would look through this guide and double check your work. The Home Button on the iPhone 7 is sensitive to damage; there is an IC on the actual flex cable that can be easily damaged when removing the flex. This will cause the Home Button "click" to no longer work but it doesn't stop the Touch ID from working. As for the charging, there are some small components surrounding the battery connector that can be dislodged or pried from the logic board when removing the connector if your not careful. You may want to inspect the are under magnification.
