Display screen not working properly!

Whenever i turn my computer off and back on it starts out with the normal screen, but after about 2 seconds it jobs like its in a zoom or as if it magnifies, and the whole screen display moves whenever i move the mouse. How do I fix this?

Options

Go under the Apple in the upper left hand corner to System Preference -> Universal Access -> Seeing, and turn off zoom.
