iPhone 6s battery explodes

Hey,

If the battery under 25% there’s any change it will explode while replacing it ? Basically I want to know if under 25% there no way it will happen because I tried to replace the battery when I had 40% and it exploded ....

The charge level has nothing to do with whether a battery explodes or not. If the last battery you removed exploded, it's because you punctured it. Obviously more charge will mean a bigger explosion but it's puncturing the casing and shorting the inner electrodes which are at cause.

I highly recommend you review this guide before removing a battery.
