The cheapest option here is to replace the battery. At this age the battery has probably reached the end of its life. Not booting/flashing on and then off can be a sign that battery is dead as is not charging. Rather than declare death of logic board I would replace the battery and then go from there..

I have tested DFU Mode with no luck.

I am going to buy a new 1350ma battery to install.

I will test too with a new charging cable.

If it was a dead logic board i think it did's even show apple logo.

This is probably a dead logic board, You could try putting it into DFU Mode, and restoring it with iTunes, but this is a sign of a dead logic board, or a corrupt baseband, both of which are virtually unfixable, without replacing parts.
