Xbox one s wont turn on after I installed an app.

hello! i have same problem my Xbox one s wont turn on after i installed an app. i did everything they told me but no luck, and the power seems to be working because whenever i plug in USB cable to charge my controller light comes up in the controller, so i don't think its a PSU problem. what could possibly be the problem? please help
