Why are there black spots on my phone?

I dropped my phone but the first time it was just like a deep stratch then I dropped it in the same week but at the stop of the phone and now there was a black spot. Now there’s 2 of them, can they spread?

If you keep dropping the phone they dots will "spread". The LCD has been damaged thats why. You’ll need to replace the screen and your phone will be as good as new
