Touch screen not responsive after being dropped.
My Samsung was dropped today, not from very high maybe roughly 1 metre, and landed on the floor, there were no cracks in the screen or anything so I thought it was okay. Since then the touch screen has been unresponsive. I have tried restarting the device and even gave it a factory reset, and still nothing. There was a line of dead pixels down one side of the screen. I read online that knocking the corners of the screen gently would make the touch screen work again, but all it did was unstick the pixels. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or is it time to take it in and get it fixed properly.
Is this a good question?
