Adapter charger not detect, but detect in powerbank

I have a problem yesterday. My note 4 cannot charge by using adapter. I have tried another adapter and still cannot be charge. Until i tried charge the battery using my powerbank and it works. Is it my usb port must be replace with new or any reccomenddations?
