never turned on out of the box

I ordered a 450 nm 1w blue laser and out of the box it doesn’t turn on, it came with the batteries in it and didn’t work and I charged them to full and put them in again and it still won’t work at all, any suggestions?

Return it and get a refund, buy it again if it gets good reviews. If it comes broken don't fix it if you can get them to take it back.
