My 3ds stopped connecting to the internet
my ds stopped connecting to the internet but the adress and the key is right cant restart or reformat with out the internet please help

Hi!
Let's reset the connection.
Go to settings, Internet Settings, choose the connection you are having trouble with and delete it. Return to the previous menu, choose new connection, configure your wireless network settings and let it run the connection test. Report back with the results.

I have this same issue. I have attempted the suggested steps below. When I try to delete or edit settings on any of my 3 connections my 3ds xl freezes. I then perform a hard reboot and try again with the same result.

Me too, same behavior as mentioned in the comment above. Did someone fix this issue?
