Touch ID not working after replacing home button cable

Hi, I recently replaced my home button cable after accidentally ripping the home button cable while replacing my phone's screen, I bought this part https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00XNA80Z6?ref... After successfully installing it, I found the the home button works too go home and things like that. However the touch ID does not work. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Unfortunately, only the original home button will work for TouchID. The home button and logic board are paired, so you'd have to replace both if you want TouchID functionality. Here's another discussion about it in case you're curious: Any possibility to replace Homebutton AND have Touch ID still working?.
