Where UEFI EEPROM located?

Hello guys, i damage my uefi instaling clover uefi bootloader on bios, and on a Brazilian assistant, charge me around 1,500 us to a new board( a riser board Side A) , and seeing the teardown, i think is the other board is located the bios.

Please, help me to economics ... Thx

Options

EEPROM is located on the bottom logic board. You have to flip over it. It should be some wide Winbond chip.
