Hi,

Check the SMS Message Centre setting in the phone is correct.

Go to your mobile phone service provider's website and search for SMS Message Centre settings and then check that you have the correct information stored in your phone.

Open the Message app and then tap Settings (usually 3 vertical dots somewhere on the screen).

Select Text Message (or SMS), SMS Service centre and see what information is stored in there.

Once you have texts (SMS) working, to ensure that you have MMS working as well (texts with pictures or video) ensure that the Data Connection setting (in Wireless and Networks settings) is enabled
