My Phone fail to boot. I am having Blue screen with a cartoon head on
Why is my phone failing to boot? I have tried resetting it several times but to no avail. Can someone help out?

@ben247 if you mean something like :( on a blue screen, try a hard reset first. This will delete all your data.
Turn the phone off.
Press and hold the power button or press and hold the volume down button and connect the charger.
Whit the exclamation mark on the screen press this sequence of keys:
-> Volume Up.
-> Volume Down.
-> Power button.
-> Volume Down.
