how do i use any of the software out there to get my photos back after the tech center reset my phone. sprint said my stuff was backed up as they double checked it but in fact it was not. and i lost my stuff.
the programs im finding say windows and mac and i have a chromebook as does my husband. can anyone help me!!!!

kayla jones there is no way to get those back. You are going to receive a lot of answers linking you to all kinds of software. Rest assured, none of those will work. If your files have not been backed up anywhere at any time, you can no longer retrieve those.

I've been searching since I posted this and I actually ended up getting almost all my pictures back from an app I downloaded. Someone else told me to hook my phone phone to my old pc with Windows to try to get the rest. I hope that will work as it's just the one weekends worth of pictures and videos that I want that I can't find which is so weird.
