My dryer is not working
Lights are on, CL is flashing. The machine won't start. Please help me.

That usually stands for Control Lock.
If you have a button that states control lock. Hold it down 5 seconds it should unlock.
On some machines this stands for the CHILD LOCK feature on your washer and is meant as a safety precaution so children are not able to change wash settings. CL is not an error code. It is indicating that the CL or CHILD LOCK feature has been turned ON and is active.

There's a symbol that says "Control Lock" but it's not an actual button that can be pressed. The Cycle Selector Knob is locked in place and will not move. Is there anything else we can try? Thank you, Mayer.
Unplug it for five minutes to allow it to reset.
