How to remove persistent water traces from logic board?

There is some water damage on the logic board.

I cleaned off 99% of the water damage with isopropanol 99%, but there is the outline of the water still visible on the logic board. i scrubbed strongly with a toothbrush and isopropanol but it didn't help

How can I remove the persistent water traces?

Have you tried an ultrasonic cleaner with Branson EC? I mix about 5% Branson EC to Distilled at about 50c If not, I would give it a shot...works Magic on my Iphone Logic boards!
