wifi not turning on

the wifi is not working

when i turn it on it just start & stuck but it doesn't start

i tried turning the device on & off

and tried the factory reset but it still not working

the bluetooth is working fine

sometimes the wifi work by itself without doing anything & still working till the phone off & then stuck again
